Born and raised in Niagara, Julia is passionate about helping people move, feel, and perform their best. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) at McMaster University and subsequently earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.
Throughout her education, Julia gained valuable experience across a variety of clinical settings, including orthopaedic physiotherapy, paediatrics, neurological and geriatric rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and acute care. She takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach, creating individualized treatment plans that empower clients to reach their goals and return to the activities they love.
A lifelong athlete, Julia grew up playing competitive hockey in St. Catharines, where she developed a deep appreciation for the connection between movement, performance, and recovery. Simon Silverio is a fitness enthusiast whose passion for wellness knows no bounds.
A graduate of Niagara College with dual distinctions from the Massage Therapy and Physiotherapy Assistant programs, his journey in the realm of wellness began early, fueled by a love for movement and the human body. Simon’s commitment to holistic health also led him to pursue additional certification as a Personal Trainer through the ISSA.
Simon’s love for sports runs deep. A soccer player himself, he honed his skills on the field for years, even earning a trial with Portugal’s second-division team, Chaves, at 16. Sophie isn’t your typical physiotherapist - she’s in a league of her own.
Originally from Kingston, ON, Sophie graduated from Bishop’s University in 2015 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance. After working in the Kingston arts community for several years, she noticed rehabilitation specialists severely underserved injury prevention and treatment for artists and musicians. This knowledge enabled her to pivot her career trajectory and complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2020.
Sophie is passionate about her role as a facilitator and helping people return to doing what they love. She prioritizes self-efficacy, health literacy, and a collaborative, evidence-based approach. Setting individualized movement and exercise goals to facilitate sustainable change is vital in her practice. Sierra’s fascination with rehabilitation is deeply rooted in her sporting past. A fierce competitor, she navigated the highs and lows of competitive soccer, forging through personal injuries and witnessing her teammates endure their setbacks. Known by his clients as “The Punisher,” Trevor brings expertise, passion, and energy to every session. A triple-credentialed physiotherapist, he holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland (Australia), a Master of Clinical Science in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Western University, and a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education from the University of Toronto.
Trevor developed a strong interest in upper limb and shoulder injuries while working at a specialist clinic in rural Australia. After five years abroad, he returned home to Canada to share his global experience and continue building excellence in sports physiotherapy across Niagara. His advanced training includes:
